OPERATION

• We begin every project with a free consultation. 

• Smaller projects (1-10 plants) can usually be taken care of quickly and conveniently via electronic consultation. (email, text, phone).

• On larger projects, we like to come meet you on site and discuss your vision to formulate a plan tailored to your needs.

WARRANTY

• We guarantee the quality of our products and labor. 

• Installation of bamboo includes a 30 day warranty. If there are any issues, they would present immediately and be fully covered when notified at the FIRST sign of issue. Natural disasters are not covered under this warranty.

• If you are unsatisfied upon delivery you can refuse plants for refund of deposit.
